When is it OK to have a “CHEAT MEAL” – No Guilt!

Hey it’s Friday! And bet you’re thinking what I’m thinking…CHEAT MEAL TIME!!

Cheat meals. They’re the topic of such heated debates!

And I’ll be the first to say I’m not a fan of calling it a “cheat” BUT I am a fan of living my damn life and not worrying so much about one little meal once in a while!

So here is my take on that, hope it helps those of you who feel torn and maybe guilty when a “treat” comes along.
